When Nexity approached us to support them in selling the last exclusive penthouses of The Hug project, we immediately set to work with our creativity and expertise.
The client gave us full creative freedom, providing only some guidance on the mood and vibes they wanted to convey. Starting from these directions, we carefully selected a series of references to define the visual style of the project, sharing them with Nexity to ensure alignment with their vision. Once the concept was approved, we focused on meticulous styling, crafting a story in every room.


Our work didn’t stop at still images: we also created an immersive virtual tour, allowing potential buyers to experience the penthouses firsthand. They could explore the spaces, envision themselves within those walls, and picture their future home.
Through the evocative power of the images and the virtual tour, we helped Nexity quickly and effectively sell the last remaining penthouses. This project showcased once again how architectural visualization can make a significant impact.
