We contributed to the marketing and communication activities for Feel Uptown. The new real estate project in Cascina Merlata by Euromilano. The plot is designed by the studio Labics, SIO Engineering and Valerio Cozzi. Everything is inspired by the great tradition of Milanese internal courtyards.
The first residence that combines home and work, well-being and health, investment, and innovation for the Milan of the future. The client entrusted us to express the key points of the project, the spaces, and the services that this project creates, which represents an indisputable plus for potential buyers.
We created these images to approach the Real Estate market in a new way always remembering is the core of the project.
UpTown aims to contrast the decay of environmental quality in the urban environment, through achieving the coexistence between buildings and green spaces.
While maintaining the technical perfection of the image, we decided to introduce realistic elements that bring the communication closer to the real experience of future buyers. Visual communication is emotionally realistic. In short, the challenge was to create storytelling through the images, capable to bring out the salient features of this complex project.
We worked on photorealistic and catchy images. Secondly, we promoted the project through marketing images that emphasize the classic sophistication of the building. For the design that characterizes UpTown, we worked with the objective to enhance shapes and volumes. In other words, everything will go beyond the fashions of the moment and could guarantee functionality over time.
In conclusion, we know that video animations are not just about showcasing buildings. For example, accentuating their selling points and creating a unique and fitting atmosphere. We aim to produce exclusive apartments designed to make dreams come true. Above all, we produce visualizations for those who will get to call them “home”. This is why we created this video that creates a sense of connection. Clients can experience and feel the project as if they’re in it.
