FALKENSTEINER PARK

FALKENSTEINER PARK
SCROLL

Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Garda, this competition project called for a visual narrative capable of capturing both the architectural vision and the emotional appeal of a high-end resort experience.

Our agency was tasked with creating a series of renderings that would not only illustrate the design of the future residence, but also communicate the atmosphere of the place — evoking a sense of calm, escape, and connection with nature.

To achieve this, we began with a dedicated drone shooting session, capturing the essence of the surrounding landscape from unique and strategic vantage points. These aerial shots allowed us to faithfully reproduce the real context of the resort and integrate it into our visual storytelling.

Every image was carefully crafted to blend technical accuracy with emotional resonance. The lighting, composition, and materials were all chosen to enhance the architectural features while immersing the viewer in a relaxed, vacation-like mood.

Our approach focused on creating renderings that go beyond simple representation — images that let you feel the warmth of the sun, the breeze from the lake, and the tranquility of a getaway.

Through a combination of drone photography, 3D rendering, and refined art direction, we transformed the project’s vision into a set of immersive visuals designed to captivate, inspire, and transport the viewer straight into the heart of this lakeside retreat.
